Fotomecha emulates the characteristics and engaging aspects of a continuous-shooting toy camera within an iOS application.

When capturing a moving subject and pressing the shutter button, the device's shutter mechanism activates repeatedly, producing a rapid "snap snap snap" sequence. This process results in a single photograph composed of multiple frames or an animated GIF, offering an artistic representation of motion.

The app allows customization through adjustable exposure speeds, frame counts, and film types, enabling users to craft diverse visual effects. Its interface design echoes that of traditional analog cameras, complemented by a dial-based control system that enhances user interaction.

*Supports Live Photos on compatible devices. This feature facilitates easy conversion of Live Photos into static images, videos, or animated GIFs. Users can share Live Photos as individual images or videos and export content to other applications.

*Note: Photo dimensions may vary depending on selected lens mode. Animated GIFs are stored within the app; these files can be shared via supported platforms or AirDrop. Additionally, GIF files can be transferred through iTunes File Sharing. Deleting the app will also remove stored GIFs.

*Device limitations may restrict some camera functionalities based on hardware capabilities. Animated GIF sharing is not supported directly to Facebook or Flickr platforms.
